Mr. Cargill is the founder and executive director of Patricia Ann Cargill Charities. The organization was founded in memory of his loving mother who succumbed to cancer at a very young age. Mrs. Cargill was devoted to her family and faithfully served others. She showed her love for all people by serving warm meals without expectation of repayment and this is what inspired Mr. Cargill. This organization is an extension of her vision, benevolence, and humanitarianism.

After his mother’s passing, the teenage Cargill felt the weight of the world on his shoulders. His strong faith and devoted wife helped him weather life’s fiercest storms.

As a young father and husband, he made the patriotic decision to serve his country after the 9/11 attacks. Mr. Cargill honorably served in the United States Army from 2003 through 2006. As a veteran, he continuously upholds the Army values of Leadership, Duty, Respect, Selfless service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage.

Immediately following his military service he set about his journey to becoming a successful businessman. After many years of hard work and dedication, he operates several businesses and is a faithful supporter of his community. Always the philanthropist, Mr. Cargill founded the P.A.C.C. foundation and fulfilled a lifelong dream and promise to his mother.

When not helping others, he loves spending quality time with his wife and five children, enjoying a good film, and reading a good book.
